Preparing for the "Van Kanegem" tournament.

I communicated with Lord Vampire via ICQ, and he agreed to be the organizer for stages 5 and 10. It seems he simply didn't have the opportunity to check the forum, but I will ask him to post here.
So, I think the issue with organizers for each stage is resolved.
