[game crash during the Invasion mission]

Here's the question: After playing until Cyrus's escape and receiving the quest to collect dragons, the game crashes with an error message after the orange player's turn. I've tried several times, but the error persists. Now it's happening around weeks 3-5... I've reinstalled the game multiple times... the game is patched to version 1.6. I don't know what to do.
