I certainly didn't mean their ballistic or destructive capabilities. After all, you can make an arrow more powerful than a nuclear bomb. The main issue is the inconsistency with the established lore. As far as I know, they are considered a technologically advanced race, and this doesn't fit. It would diminish the unique qualities of the race, and consequently, the interest in it. Although, of course, the experiment would be interesting, but in my opinion, it wouldn't be sustainable, and most likely unsuccessful (there are too many questions that need to be addressed without disrupting the foundations of the game).
