Training troops is like a cheat; with it, it's unlikely anyone will pose a serious problem for Haven, as the archers have armor penetration on three squares. In short, there was one castle that stood out in terms of strength (Necropolis), and now the humans have joined them. The Necropolis was slightly weakened by removing the lich artifact, but give the humans gold, and they will become whoever they need to be.
