For me, it's the exact opposite; I really liked the campaigns of the Tribes of the East, but the Hammers of Fate didn't impress me...

Could you elaborate on why? In the second campaign, there's practically no plot; everything gradually transitions into the third. And in the third campaign, it's just about how to kill Biara. The Hammers of Fate had more interesting campaigns... but here... and the ending wasn't satisfying either; they could have told us more, at least about Arantir, who mysteriously disappeared after the first campaign, or about Railag....
