An informative mini-tournament.

For example, if you win a game, you get 2 points in the tournament table. If you write a detailed report, you get another point. If you lose a game, you get 0 points, but if you write a report, you get 1 point.

I've already thought about this in ranked games. How can you not give the losing player at least half a point for writing a detailed and vivid report, instead of something like: "Vasya Pupkin vs. Alyosha Popovich, Alyosha Popovich win." I can't stand those kinds of reports, and I have a strange fondness for them :)
