1. Try not to fly directly at the castle with your hero, but maneuver: take a step, then stop in front of the gate.
2. Pay attention to the hints: a swamp creature will move faster in the swamp than a Pegasus.
3. The green hero can do whatever he wants - there can't be a zugzwang in Heroes, of course, but the game will still force him away from the castle if it considers that Ivor is at a safe distance. Don't forget that you are playing against a rather primitive AI, not a human.:smile13:
Note: Zugzwang is a position in chess where the obligation to make a move is disadvantageous for the player.
