Since we touched upon the topic of fighting neutrals, I'll share how I eliminate them. Against neutral archers, the following strategy works: use alt-grade unicorns, and if your guild has regeneration, deploy only unicorns, treants, and dryads in battle (although dryads are not essential). If you're playing, for example, as Wing, you need to add +1 speed to your troops, meaning either speed boots or a speed aura in leadership, and dancers, dryads, and unicorns can reach (or fly to) the last line of the neutral deployment (especially effective against archers and lightly armored creatures).
Yes, yes! I also defeat neutrals this way, but what I don't like is leveling up with them at the beginning.
