I'm waiting for your suggestions on how to improve the video quality. I tried using GIF, set the raster to 16 colors, but the size didn't decrease much, and the quality worsened + there's no way to pause/rewind. SWF turned out to be 100 MB...
As far as I remember, when viewing it, for example, in ACDSee, it's not only impossible to pause/rewind, but also when opening the animation, there's buffering, which creates the impression that ACDSee is freezing. Also, don't forget to disable audio recording; I don't think it's necessary.
Regarding SWF, I repeat: I recommend setting the SWF with JPG compression, as shown in the attachment.
