Well, firstly, we were arguing about the development speed of not Dungeon and Necropolis, but Academy and Dungeon. ;)
And secondly, I haven't changed my opinion, and I've even strengthened it. Now, only Orcs can compete with Dungeon in terms of development speed. And even they can't compete with Letos.

And, to avoid going off-topic, I'm posting a replay (someone asked) of a Utopia run with 4 Vampires on the 1st week. I'll say right away - the replay isn't mine, although I've used this principle to complete hundreds of Yarlo runs.
And once again, the Vampire ability that reduces HP needs to be adjusted, because it's overpowered...
