I just don't really trust auto-battle... the AI doesn't think quite right in battle; everything here depends on the player's skill and troops...
I have a suggestion:
Make the battle descriptions as Lap1976 suggested, i.e., from a tactical perspective, and if questions arise... then request a detailed description. This will save everyone time and nerves.
For instance, my battle log (generated during the fight) ends up being huge... if I were to rewrite it... it would take about 2 hours... but from a tactical perspective, it'll only take about 5-10 minutes.
And if describing tactically, the strengths and weaknesses of both the opponent and oneself should be present (basically, that's where a tactical battle description should start).
