Wouldn't you be taken aback if you happened to overhear, in an informal setting during a personal meeting, that you are, in fact, the organizer of the tournament? Just answer honestly, do you like the situation where "they married me without me"?

Look at post #124. As a moderator and one of the active members of the forum, you simply can't ignore a topic like this, can you?
And if so, then we both found out in exactly the same way that we are being considered for the role of organizers.

Would you personally like it if you weren't even consulted, weren't told anything at all, and weren't even informed in the end!!! Just be honest, is everything okay? Or should I not write such things either?

And how should I consult with you? I personally (and I'm shocked myself) installed a mail agent specifically to reach you. And if you don't agree to run the tournament, just say - I WON'T. And if you think your candidacy is suitable, just say - THANKS, GUYS, FOR THE HONOR, I'M GOING TO WORK. But instead of that

I will ask you
first, to refrain from harsh statements,
second, to keep me informed of what's going on if you are counting on my participation.

It was your arrogant tone that bothered me, and nothing more.
