I believe that turn management is just as important. Moreover, since there can't be any repetitions as such, and battles in one context or another can be repeated. In other words, it's much harder to train turn management. Although, without the skill of conducting extremely complex battles, there's not much to be gained either.;)
Dmitry, I disagree with you; knowledge of the battle is much more important than turn management.
Please clarify what exactly you disagree with?
