Nigon is the second underground race.

Where and when will it be possible to download the Wog file for Nighon, and how do I insert it into the game afterward?

First of all: this is just an idea for Heroes 5... not a mod for WoG... there are already plenty of those >_>
Secondly: no one is planning to create it yet.
