Level 29? That's crazy! :D What map were you playing on that allowed you to develop so much? Honestly, I'm surprised how Haggeesh lost in the first game you described... It was probably due to those infamous silence spells. Usually, in very long games, Orcs don't give the Temple faction any chance. Also, how did the Minotaurs manage to defeat 4 Cyclops with the first attack and 41 with the second? :D Obviously, it's a typo. With such unrealistic armies, neither Summoning nor Chaos is effective anymore; they just stand aside and watch. Light and Darkness, on the other hand, are useful.

We were playing specifically to see if the Temple faction could compete with the Orcs in a long game. The map was Three Rivers. It's very rich in experience and various upgrades. Each player has 3 cities.

Of course, we both play League better than Orcs, but still... (by the way, we were playing with Supreme)

In the first game, my Letos was level 33, and his Haggeesh was level 30. His Special Ability (SP) was 51. And the armies were smaller. Something like 160 Chieftains and the rest accordingly. The Chieftains were the ones defeating his stacks under Subordination. And the Phoenix finished the job. We replayed the same battle without using Darkness, and I lost, although they couldn't kill the Phoenix. Simply, when the Mistresses and Hunters came out of invisibility, they were torn to shreds.

In the second game, we switched, and he took Vaishan. I leveled up to 33, and he leveled up to 29, but he also had 5 heroes up to level 15, all with Logistics. He simply pinned me down near the castle (I didn't have Logistics), and I had to surrender. And we conducted the battles just for fun - we bought all the troops and fought. Both he and I had Stronghold. He also had a Rune set. So, even with my superiority in troops, the League army looked decent. Of course, he lost the battle. Although, Chaos with chains also dealt significant damage...

Regarding the Minotaurs and Cyclops - there's no typo. The first attack simply hit the Shield of Fury, which absorbed 80% of the damage. And the second attack was already on the "clean" stack. By the way, unlike Letos' replays, we figured out how to save these...
