Then, knowing these heroes, as well as the heroes that are already on the map (including those in prisons and in the player's tavern), you can calculate which of the heroes are available for recruitment in the tavern.
And then it was suggested not to recruit heroes manually or with a hero digger,
but to intelligently modify the save file by inserting the desired hero into the tavern.
So here’s what I want to say based on my own experience.
There are times when there are heroes who are neither in taverns nor on the map, but they also cannot be recruited manually or with a digger.
However, by modifying the save file, you will still be able to recruit this hero, but here lies the catch – it is impossible to recruit the hero manually; it is clearly a modification of the save file.
The hero digger does not even access the structure of the save file at all; it only emulates pressing keys on the keyboard (and mouse) instead of the user.
P.S. An open question: how do you know if, for example, this save file has been modified, and in this one, the hero was actually recruited manually (or with a digger)? There are ideas about this as well. But this information is for another topic.
Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth...
