Suggestion to hold a TE tournament.

Could someone who knows how to install it please help: AnreyALN, Phenix3, Raper, Evgeniy, Invisible

Thanks for trusting me, and I'll help with the tournament as much as I can, but I have absolutely no idea how to install TE. I've read the manual, and I know a little about TE's features, but how to install it remains a mystery to me. So, don't ask me about that.
