Well, the League has a better chance than the Necropolis, although with skilled players, the Necropolis also has a chance (Necromancers can easily defeat neutral creatures with zero losses, even with a profit). But the League has Elves. And 50 Vampires can be killed with 20 Fairies and 25 upgraded Archers, but you also need a cart full of ammunition. And, in my opinion, there's no point in attacking the undead first.
