2) splitting into 1s with 1 button
3) hourglass

and what don't you like:
4) changing the starting skills of elementalists - you ban them anyway (this way there will be more to choose from)
5) necro-patch - necros in SoD are almost invincible...
6) 2 starting buildings in the city always - in SoD it can be from 0-2 depending on luck
