[HMM V OFF TOURNAMENT] "Wise Hero"

According to the tournament rules, you need to level up Kaspar; the organizer simply forgot to mention this in the first post, but it was already discussed in the thread.

Well, now it's clear...
But honestly, I didn't feel like (and didn't really have the time) to reread those 3 pages to find that rule. Imagine a tournament with 20 starting pages... what then?...!!!
Each new rule should be added to the tournament regulations (first post) with the date of addition... for example:

Added 25.25.25 - It is forbidden to level up any hero other than Kaspar...

(but please don't be offended; I'm just expressing my opinion because I was a little annoyed that I played for only "N" game days, gained "N" experience, and only then found out that this hero couldn't be leveled up... it's frustrating ='( )
