And we also bought a hamster on Sunday – such a cute creature :) We named her Sonya, although she's not sleepy at all :) She runs around the cage like a monkey, even runs across the ceiling, clings with her claws and hangs there, she's a real monkey :)

I love these kinds of animals!!! Congratulations!!! When I was a child, my parents bought me a guinea pig, and I also named her Sonya :D She lived with me for 12 years, until I was in high school! I had many rats, the last one was named Tapisha Vlad... short for Tapa (in honor of Vlad Tapisha (Dracula)), she lived for 2.5 years, survived 2 heart attacks, I treated her, gave her injections with tiny syringes (I managed to bring her back to full recovery twice), but she didn't survive the third one – she became paralyzed, so I put her to sleep myself so she wouldn't suffer – the vet just told me the dosage of the medicine...:smile05: :smile05: I miss her terribly, but I can't get a new one anymore – they don't live long, and I get too attached to living creatures...
