There are files with instructions, but practice shows that many people struggle to install and localize WoG, and then TE, on their own :D. The reason is usually confusion between the original WoG and the so-called pirated version that was once sold on disks:mad:. It was unfinished, and many people have it installed, and they think that's WoG, but it's not, and TE can't be installed on it; it causes glitches, and that's why many can't try TE. Also, the archive is often unpacked incorrectly from the official website.
