Stay alive!!!

So, is the issue resolved? The leaders are voting, but how many clans are currently active? For example, I'm not aware of the exact number! The LEADER also seems to be affiliated with a clan, even though it's not officially registered. He has status and achievements, but will anyone listen to him?
