What is your favorite Tier 2 monster from Heroes of Might and Magic V?

Furies, and Dancers with the Wind :)

I'm losing. And I use them carefully, but everyone still attacks them. So I end up with no more than 100 hit points.
Maybe you can give me some advice? What should I do?

Gather more than 200:), and increase their defense ;) Furies will be armored, you can also split them, which will be really cool :)
