Well, a guy would probably prefer the female heroes more!:smile03: But as a fan of the game, I personally like the Paladins. They're beautiful! I appreciate their good speed and initiative, plus the ability to boost their stats, something I've valued since the cavalry charge from Heroes 3!
In general, I think archers should be at a medium level (4-5), and high-level units should be more like armored vehicles:smile14: with high damage and good defense (and healing). If you use a high-level unit as an archer, it immediately drops several levels due to the broken arrow ability and becomes less effective in combat, and it's not easy to lure an enemy into range for a full arrow attack. So, I don't really like the Shadow Lords.:( I don't like the Necropolis at all; they don't seem weak, but I still don't like them. Probably because they replaced my favorite Death Knights from Heroes 3. In short, the level 6 Necropolis unit is a disgrace (sorry if I offended anyone, but that's just my subjective opinion!).
