Well, I personally prefer 100% skills; then you can rely on them in battle tactics, but you still have to wait for stunning effects! As for the altars of liches, I always develop one hero, while my Chigiris only gather resources and explore the map. This tactic creates its own challenges, but it allows me to concentrate my army and develop a hero. It's better to have one killing machine than several mediocre ones. Therefore, I think it's foolish to distribute liches among several heroes. Of course, the altars of liches deal a bit more damage, but the magic of the old grade is better (I only resurrect with a hero) + I really like the cloud spell, and it often helps to determine the outcome of the battle!
