If you mean the LZMС, then it is currently facing significant opposition and its influence is limited to the Clans that have joined it. As long as there are opponents of the league, the LZMС cannot perform any administrative functions in relation to all Clans. As a way to overcome these disagreements, we should consider officially legalizing (recognizing) the LZMС at the site administration level (i.e., by the Creator) through a new Clans Regulation, which is probably what is happening. The other body, I suspect, could be a council of Clan leaders, which would be the most optimal option. On the other hand, I understand that it will differ little from the LZMС. For those who are not paying attention, I will clarify - for example, and as an alternative, I named the body this way; there is no talk of creating a council. Secondly, all sorts of trials, courts, lawyers, and the like will only lead to arguments. Getting rid of this problem lies in creating a new section, which will be accessible to Clan leaders (for example, if the inter-Clan body is a council of leaders) or Clan representatives (if it is the LZMС), where a calm discussion is possible. As for lawyers and prosecutors, if a leader is responsible for a Clan, then they are also responsible in court. This is also a fairly optimal option, but, I repeat, it requires creating a section. Thirdly, I agree with the expiration date. Fourthly (regarding everything else), read the first paragraph. In conclusion: the second and third paragraphs of the post, as far as I remember, have already been discussed on the forum in relation to the LZMС. I think it's time to bring them up again. And only after solving these two problems - legalizing the inter-Clan body and creating a section - can we talk about the other points, in my opinion. However, it is not final.
