Otherwise, it will be a restriction of freedom for forum users - and who would want to join Clans? Hmm, I don't want to offend anyone, and please take this calmly; after all, it's a forgotten, past issue, but as an example, I'll mention that a user with the nickname Vanechka, who is currently a member of the "Order of the Phoenix" Clan, violated ethical standards. I have no doubt that this user brings a lot of benefit to the Clan (moreover, I am sure that he is an excellent player and deck builder), however... So, Qwerty, I quote: "The Clan leader should think before accepting someone into the Clan"; "The Clan MUST be responsible for its members." What do you say? I say that you couldn't know how a person will behave, and I can't know it, and no one can know it. I take a person, checking his gaming and creative qualities. And that's it. The rest is revealed later... In general, I'm getting at the fact that a person's actions are his personal responsibility, and he should be personally responsible for them. But the Clan should not be punished; there are enough good people in it. Paraphrasing some people: "Why should we all educate someone?" Once again, please don't be offended. This is just an example. In fact, let's talk specifically about the warnings: if they are needed, then in what form? for what violations? who takes them into account? where are they reflected? for what period? can they be removed? etc. And all of this is a dilemma.
