It seems that a new clan can only be created thanks to those who have a low rating or are newly registered, and with the new rules, this is impossible. Another point is that you can recruit friends. But this is only if they exist; otherwise, it's impossible to create a clan because those on the forum are either loners or already in clans. I'm waiting for an answer to my complaints.
