But Horn is from those times; Antal didn't seem to be against TE, although I don't know for sure, and League of Chaos also had its own patch.
Well, we can't ask Antal, and the Championship patch for League of Chaos isn't much different from SoD 3.2.
I'm reading player reports on TE and constantly hearing complaints about this very situation.
But it's definitely less frequent and less severe than it would be with SoD.
Who knows. Still, in TE, people play more for results. Those who get lucky will sooner break the Utopia - find a workaround - "insert the appropriate solution."
And they can easily do it in the second week of the game. Those who are unlucky write about it.
In SoD, breaking the Utopia and developing takes more time, which gives a chance to those who had a worse starting position. And people are still playing more for fun than for results.
I'm not accusing anyone; I'm just saying that if you play for results (like all TE players), you absolutely need to know these things, and they can be figured out in a day, if you want to.
Practice is needed. It's hard for me to say how many TE players know all the necessary things, and how many SoD players do.
If we talk about the participants of this forum, then again, time is needed; the forum is still very young, the rules are just being formed, and the tournament community is just taking shape. I can say one thing: I like the atmosphere of this forum, the intelligence of the people. And skill will come, regardless of which version they play.
By the way, if something worthwhile really comes out of this, I'll be happy.
I'll download it, install it, and play. But TE in its current form doesn't suit me.
