After a month of existence, the clan can become Registered if it does not fall apart. I think the issue of registration should be considered not by the LZMС, but by the coordinators...

Regarding the number of complaints: I don't think we should rely on this either, because any forum user can issue a complaint for some minor offense, such as "spamming in a topic," thereby hindering the creation of a clan...

If 70% of the clan members do not appear on the forum for 2-3 months without giving a reason, the clan will be disbanded.

In my opinion, the minimum number of people in a clan is 4. So: If less than 4 members of the clan do not appear on the forum for 2-3 months without giving a reason, the clan will be disbanded.

Each member must leave at least 20 posts on the forum and have a positive morale.

I agree that this needs to be carefully considered... A good example is Perpolken; I see that he doesn't write very much...

I think this is not a good idea. In the future, if a clan of mapmakers appears, this will have a significant impact. We cannot force creative people; otherwise, in this case, we will get a bunch of second-rate maps...
