Help! I'm playing against human players with mages, and my hero is Orac, while theirs is Laslo.

How can you play without Education? Education is very important for Mages! You need to increase your knowledge so that your miniatures are stronger, and you also need to accumulate more spells! You probably just didn't understand me! I've never played without Education. And as for Humans, you can expect anything; maybe they want to surprise you with Darkness! And what's with the Berserk? Golems are mechanical creatures, and Berserk doesn't affect them (unless there's Sandro's Cloak). Of course, I like Oran, but other Academy heroes are also very good in certain situations! Gremlins are the second unit (after Rakshasa) that I like, both for their appearance and their usefulness. I don't want to refute your strategy; I'm just expressing the advantages of mine. Although yours is not bad either! As for the Spellbook, I used to take it constantly, but not everyone will let you develop it, there is a certain risk, and there are also problems with clearing neutral creatures (without good magic), so you should only take it in certain cases. It works against Humans because he will use halls, and it is beneficial for him to stall. But against a Warlock, it's the opposite!

Reread my posts; I couldn't find where I wrote that you shouldn't take Education! You probably just misunderstood, or I didn't explain it well. In general, if you think about it, who can imagine a Mage without this ability? Not me!
