Against which factions is it easier for demons to fight, and against which is it more difficult?

I disagree, usually Inferno has more initiative than Orcs.

Maybe I was playing against demons with high leadership, who didn't have it, but my Orcs attacked more often and dealt more damage. Basically, a numerically superior army was defeated in melee combat.
