5. “REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CLAN LEADER ON HeroesWorld”

· Any active registered HeroesWorld user with a positive morale balance of at least two “positive ticks” can create a Clan. After recruiting 4 active members (including the Leader), the Clan is registered.
· The concept of an “Active Forum Member” is introduced. An active member is a leader who must score at least 30 posts over the past 2 months. And only after 2 months will he be able to register his Clan!
· The Leader must declare the Goal of this Clan!!! Will it be a "COMBAT" or "ANALYTICAL" association.

Morale balance - at least three. I'll explain why - I only earned the last two ticks literally in two weeks, let alone the first two. Number of posts - at least 50 (even 100), because it's too easy to write 30 posts - two posts in polls like "which beast is better, worse" and that's it. Or introduce control over the quality of posts... but who will do that? It's too complicated. Set the deadline not in two months, but three or four.
The concept of "Active Member" is absolutely unnecessary.

3. Clan composition: from 4 members. Each member must leave at least 20 posts on the forum and have a positive morale.

4. If the Clan Leader is inactive for more than 5 months, the Clan is disbanded. However, in the event of a change of Leader (in the absence of objections from the previous leader and with the consent of at least 2/3 of the Clan members, with a minimum of 4 active members), the Clan may continue to function. If 70% of the Clan members do not appear on the forum for 2-3 months without giving reasons, the Clan is disbanded.

5. If the Clan does not participate in the HW portal Tournaments (if the Clan is "COMBAT"), for 5 months, then the Clan is considered inactive and will also be disbanded.

6. In the event of receiving a third warning, the Clan is disbanded, and its Leader is deprived of the right to register Clans for a period of 7 months. After 7 months, the former Clan Leader has the right to submit a request to the LZMС to restore his right to register a Clan.
· The LZMС should decide whether a post is a violation and how serious it is for issuing a warning to the Clan. Based on the results of the meeting, a resolution may be adopted either with a recommendation to apologize or a trial period, or it may be more serious, up to issuing a warning to the Clan.

I think there should be 10 warnings, disbandment for 6 months. I don't know about the LZMС...

7. The representative topic should contain the Clan's charter.
· Main ideological provisions. Plagiarism (using materials from other Clans) is punishable by issuing a warning to the Clan.
· The representative topic may contain the Clan's emblem or other Clan attributes, as well as information about the Clan's achievements and its members.

8. Several people (2 for interchangeability) should monitor all deadlines, dates, and generally the requirements for the potential leader. I would like these people to be part of the LZMС. I see the procedure as follows: a person recruits a team (min 4 people), properly оформляет the representative topic, and then these representatives of the LZMС should see whether the potential Clan leader meets all the requirements and all the other attributes of the Clan. If he meets them, then either write his conclusion directly in the Clan topic, that he saw the Creator, or by means of private messages, bring the results of his assessment to the Creator and the Clan leader, and only then, if the Clan passes the assessment, the Clan leader writes to the Creator with a request to register his Clan.
