What were your expectations for Heroes 4?

Well, you get what you expect. :)
Since the poll isn't multi-optional, I voted for tactics.
There are certainly many controversial points, and some are simply annoying. But as for the balance, I think that the 4th game is more balanced than the 3rd. In the 3rd game, magic practically decides everything, but here it's about tactics.
I still don't understand what everyone is talking about regarding the "immortality" flags. I've been killing these uber machines. A new tactic is what I was primarily expecting from the 4th game, and I got it. :)
