Hmm, Dwarves? You also need to know how to play them. If you know how, they're powerful; if you don't, they're weak. Dwarves get crushed at early levels, and not many players stick with them in games, so there's no need to nerf them.

Well, I don't know, it seems like either Berserker or Battle Rage was disabled, as those runes are too overpowered...
At early levels, Elves dominate everyone, so you need to move forward quickly. But Dungeon is definitely a tough opponent for Elves. They can even throw spells from behind cover with invisible hunters (hello, what do Elves need Chaos for?), so it's a good idea to have an area-of-effect spell for that. And in the end, Dungeon will come with dragons, from which arrows (without tactics) can't protect, but even that is difficult.
