Due to connection issues, we had to play with random heroes and on bad spawns. Because of this, development took a long time, with only about fifty or so Troglodytes from the start. When I finally developed, I went to visit and was mercilessly beaten, with my best stacks being wiped out.
This should have been the end of the game, but my opponent delayed their counterattack, so I managed to break out into open space, wreck some hives, and drown. I got control, a book of water, a shield +4 to all stats, a hat for mana, and much more. I managed to collect the map earlier, and my opponent surrendered on 3.1.5.
