Generally, it would be better to slightly modify the castle siege. For example, all archers and other small-sized infantry should be able to be on the walls. I agree about the battering ram; sometimes it's really needed. It would also be nice to add siege towers. I also agree about the holy cross; I know about it too, but I have the impression that you took it from the game Medieval Total War, while I drew my ideas not only from this game but also from others.
