Well, I would suggest the following build... Lucrezia or Daidre...
Perks: Dark magic, summoning, spellcasting, logistics, defense...
IMHO...leadership is definitely out... because it's not very useful (unless you're playing hot-seat with a friend on very large and larger maps).
