1. Online battles are held using any version of HoMM3.

If that's the case, then when playing in In the Wake of Gods, it's possible for "privileged" heroes to appear (Jel, Dragon, etc.) + on some fixed versions, Mutara and Xeron may be available (I've seen it myself).
Of course, this is a very rare occurrence, but it's still possible, so I think some of them should be added to the ban list!

P.S.: In some rule variations, Loenis is banned. Should he also be banned? Although, I don't think anyone plays as him...
