ALLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENTS

Maybe it's off-topic, but I'll still ask.
I have a question – what's the point of all this? I don't quite grasp the essence of this grand plan. I have a feeling that you want to, so to speak, give clans a more vibrant life, but I still don't understand the point of alliances.
It's unclear what wars there will be, where they will come from, and what alliances are for. For example, HH&Op&EPu might unite under such an alliance, and then some clan declares war. But what if the alliance differs from yours, i.e.,

The main goal of the alliance is military cooperation.

And then what? Will the clan that declared war simply lose (in most versions of Heroes)? Or maybe war isn't about the "Heroes" game at all? It's unclear why you're doing this. Please try to explain it to me.
