AGREEMENT
Between the Clan "Haven" and the Clan "Guardians of the Necronomicon"

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
1.1. This Inter-Clan Agreement on the Alliance of two clans (hereinafter – the Agreement) is concluded between the clans "Guardians of the Necronomicon" and "Haven," officially registered on www.heroesworld.ru, in order to strengthen and develop inter-clan relations, mutually beneficial cooperation, and diplomatic and military ties.
1.2. Term of the Agreement: indefinite.
1.3. The terms of the Agreement are binding on the Allies.
2. OBJECTIVES OF THE ALLIANCE.
2.1. The main objective of the alliance is diplomatic cooperation. Decisions made by one of the allies regarding a clan not part of the alliance must be agreed upon with the other ally.
2.2. The alliance provides for military assistance. When war is declared on one of the allies, the other ally has the right to:
- maintain neutrality;
- provide military assistance.
2.3. In the event of a decision to provide military assistance, one of the allies provides fighters to the other ally to participate in military operations (battles on maps in the HoMM game series).
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ALLIES.
3.1. An ally has the right to:
- make changes to this document with the consent of the other ally. In this case, such changes are binding on both allies.
- terminate this Agreement at any time.
- propose and participate in an intra-alliance tournament or a tournament between the allies and other clans not part of the alliance.
- demand the cancellation of a decision of an ally if the decision harms the interests of the other ally.
3.2. An ally is obliged to:
- provide assistance to the ally within the limits established by this Agreement.
- comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
- comply with the rules of www.heroesworld.ru.
4. LIABILITY AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT.
4.1. An ally is prohibited from:
- treating an ally, other clans, and users of www.heroesworld.ru disrespectfully.
- ignoring the comments of the other ally.
4.2. In the event of a violation of this Agreement by a person who is a member of one of the allies, without termination of the alliance, a warning is issued. After the 3rd warning, the alliance is automatically terminated.
4.3. An ally who has violated this Agreement has the right to explain the motives and reasons for its actions. If the motives or reasons are deemed acceptable, the warning is withdrawn.
4.4. This Agreement may be terminated by either ally at any time without the consent of the other, with an explanation of the reasons for termination.
