Regarding the colors:
I don't think any kind of draw is needed.
Let's do this:
in each group, 1st plays against 3rd, and 2nd plays against 4th.
in the first game, the right to play with the red color is given to the 3rd and 4th members of the group.
for example, the first group:
Dreamcatcher(Fortress) vs Decontaminator(Necropolis)
loi(Castle) vs Muxa(Fortress)
