UNIFIED RULES FOR CLAN WARS

What is the reason for the war? Maybe I don't know enough about inter-clan life, but for example, there were no reasons for wars: no insults, etc... Maybe it would be better to write not "reason for war," but "competitions" or something similar?
P.S.: Why wars? Competitions are more humane.
