You need to develop attack, luck (magic resistance), and light skills. You can use elves for mages, focusing on speed and strength. P.S.: This game was quite rare, but you should generally follow this development path... offensive and negative magic isn't needed! This is due to the magic mirror and the large number of abilities that provide magic resistance.
