I have a question. Since I don't have much experience playing online, I'll ask it: Is it possible to have a draw as a result?
You can definitely ask such questions in a private message or on ICQ. Theoretically, it's possible, but practically, it's not.

10) All controversial issues are resolved by the organizer (or his assistant), so please notify them of their occurrence in a timely manner.
