Mini-tournament "Time of Change"

Before approaching the seer's hut (after bringing ten snipers), the quest log is empty. I approach the hut, and it tells me the hut is empty, and a quest appears in the log: "Bring 10 snipers to Violet." I approach again, and nothing happens, even though I have the snipers.
