Moderator elections.

That's what everyone wants.

As far as I understand from the conversations, everyone wants radical changes.
And two more coordinators... etc. =)
And no one (or almost no one) participating in this topic knew about the moderators until Alan's post... although the problem is more than obvious... =)))
And it's too early to complain to the administration... because it will be easier for the admin if they immediately provide a "list of who, where, and how," i.e., for example, Moderator "Hedgehog in the Fog" hasn't been doing his job for a long time, so we ask you to transfer his rights to user "N."

And I also have an idea on how to solve various problems with clans =)) but that's for later ;)
