An online tournament for Heroes 4 is planned in collaboration with Heroes League.

Here is a question. I sometimes participate in Tournaments on HeroesPortal, and those who play there know that there is a limit on building certain buildings. Here is a quote:

12. Forbidden buildings:
• Pen of Might
• Treasury of Order
• Portal of Nature

Some skills are also prohibited:

11. Forbidden skills:
• Grand Master of Necromancy (granting the ability to raise vampires);
• Stealth skill (Thievery) above level 2 (Advanced).

What do you think about this? Will there be these restrictions in this Tournament?
