In my opinion, in your tournament, it would be right to do this (because you have 1 game, not 4): players announce to each other the heroes they have eliminated. Then, the players inform the organizer of the chosen heroes (so there is no temptation to change them). The organizer announces the chosen heroes and the neutral field. The players play (and in this case, it doesn't matter who is what color)
